Pug Weightlifting

Whenever I have to pick up Sunny or carry her around I always think about how she's so heavy I could use her for some weightlifting.  You know, just pick her up and do some squats or overhead presses.  But the downside is pugs are so sloppy and slippery with all their loose skin so that probably wouldn't be the best idea.

  2. You require a smooth table for this particular exercising. Lay down flat upon it. You need to have a dumbbell in every hand. From the Daniel DeMoss site relax the hand weights on top of your thighs. Position the palms of your respective fingers in the direction of the other. Using your upper thighs, gently lift up the weights up. The legs are only there to aid the fingers in the beginning. When you have the dumbbells at shoulder joint breadth, keep them set up.
